ZK Rewards

You can sign up online here. If you have already created an account with us, you can go to your account here and go to "Preferences" and then Opt In to ZK Rewards.
After you register for ZK Rewards, every time you make a purchase (catering or non-catering) in-store or online with us and identify yourself as a ZK Rewards member you will earn Stripes (1 Dollar Spent = 1 Stripe) that you can redeem for different Rewards. We also love to celebrate, so you’ll see a sweet treat during your birthday month from us as well as other delicious surprises. It’s that easy!

Absolutely! You can enroll in ZK Rewards on our website via desktop or smart phone, or through our Zoës Kitchen mobile app. To redeem and earn your Rewards, you can scan your emails on your phone or printed out and can earn Rewards by giving your phone number to one of our team members during check out.
You can redeem your Rewards through online or app ordering or in our restaurant locations. Through online or app ordering, at the end of your check out process you will be able to add any available Reward simply by clicking the Reward. If you’re in-store, you can give your phone number to identify yourself and then show your Reward either printed, through our website or via our app. Our team members are happy to assist you with any questions you have! We cannot redeem Rewards if you do not have barcode or Reward number printed or on your phone.
When you’re in-store, simply present your ZK Rewards barcode available in our mobile app or in your account online or by providing your phone number. Please note, when ordering in-stores it may take up to 24 hours for your Stripes to appear in your account. If you’re ordering online, please ensure you are logged into your ZK Rewards account to earn Stripes.
After you have chosen your order, at the end of the ordering process you will be able to add any available Rewards to your order by simply clicking the reward!
Unfortunately, we do not offer physical cards. You can always print out your ZK Rewards barcode and keep it with you!
Reward expiration dates will vary. You can find each Reward’s expiration by checking your account online or through our mobile app. Rewards that you select using your Stripes will expire after 30 days from selecting. Your Stripes will expire after 180 days of earning. You can monitor when your Stripes will expire in your account online or in our mobile app.
Oh no! We’re so sorry about that, but happy birthday! We send our birthday treat at the beginning of the month of your birthday and it will be automatically loaded into your account. Please check that we have your birthday by going to your account and then "Update My Info". If you have not received your email, please reach out to us here.
Once you’ve earned enough Stripes to qualify for a Reward, simply log into your account online or in our mobile app and click "Select" on the Reward you would like to use your Stripes to redeem. Once you have selected your Reward, your Stripes will be automatically deducted from your account.
You can input your receipt online under "My Account" or here to earn credit. Please note, you will not be able to add a receipt to your account until 24 hours after your purchase.
Thank you for being a ZK Rewards member! Only one Reward can be redeemed per transaction.
Only purchases made on or after May 1, 2018 will qualify to earn Stripes towards Rewards. Any purchases prior to May 1, 2018 do not qualify towards Stripes and cannot be retroactively-applied.
You will earn Stripes on all non-catering and catering purchases made after the date and time you joined ZK Rewards; any purchases made prior to joining ZK Rewards do not qualify towards ZK Stipes and cannot be retroactively-applied.
If you had 3% ZK Cash Back on August 13, 2018 you should have received an e-bonus card that expires 90 days after August 14 on November 12, 2018. If you have any questions, please email cateringrewards@zoeskitchen.com
These e-gift cards never expire. Once you trade your Stripes in for an e-gift card – it’s yours! Enjoy.

Online Ordering

If you need to cancel your order, please do so immediately by calling the store that you ordered from.

Catering

To obtain a copy of your receipt, please call the store or Catering Sales Manager that you placed your order with and request your receipt.
We do have the option to deliver catering orders! You can find out more about catering delivery by going through our online catering ordering, or talking to your Catering Account Sales Executive who you can connect with here.

Gift Cards

You can purchase virtual gift cards here.
When ordering a virtual gift card, if your order is approved immediately your recipient will receive it within 5-10 minutes. Because of our fraud protection service, it may take up to 48 hours to process.
Oops! Not to worry, we’re happy to help! Please contact us here and include your order number and the correct recipient email address. We’ll fix that as soon as possible, but it may take up to 24-48 hours.

We’ll re-send it to you and your recipient as soon as possible, but it may take up to 24-48 hours.
Please go to your account here and under "Gift Card Orders" you will be able to find your gift card and print.
You will receive an email with a Claim Code for your e-gift card. To redeem your gift card on our mobile app, go to "Gift Cards" then “Transfer a Balance to Your E-Gift Card”. From there, you can type in your claim code and your e-gift card will be automatically added to your mobile app account. To redeem your gift card on your computer, please go to your account here, go to "Redeem Gift Cards" and then type in your claim code. You will be able to view your gift card under "E-Gift Card Balance".
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the purchase of a gift card (physical or e-gift card). Ownership and risk of loss passes to the purchaser as soon as the gift card is purchased. Please treat your gift card as cash.
